Well, it's been a while since we had an excursion to report, 

but we've just had a quick trip to The North Island of  NZ !

caught up with lovely friends

and the best Mexican food I've had.

and celebrating ten years since we met.

We stayed most of our time in Paihia - Bay of Islands

apparently the highest paragliding in the world (?)

on a ferry to the town of Russell.
